Bug Reports
If the game behaves unexpectedly — a merge that did not resolve correctly, a score that failed to save, a layout problem on your device — please include as much of the following as you can. It makes a fix dramatically faster:
- Your browser and version (for example, Chrome 120 or Safari 17).
- Your device type — desktop, Android phone, iPhone, tablet.
- The game mode you were playing: Infinite, Classic, or Daily Challenge.
- What you expected to happen, and what actually happened.
- A screenshot, if the problem is visual.
Because the game stores progress only in your browser, please tell us if you had recently cleared your browser data or switched devices — that alone explains most reports of missing high scores.
Gameplay Feedback & Suggestions
Balance feedback is genuinely welcome, particularly on the Stability Meter and the 100-move budget in Classic and Daily Challenge. If a rule feels unfair or unclear, describing the board situation you were in is more useful than any general comment.
Before writing in, it is worth checking the Beginner's Guide and the Strategy Guide — between them they answer most rules questions, including why a run can end while the board still looks playable.
