Alchemy Blocks ("we," "our," or "the Game") respects your privacy. This policy outlines our data processing practices in accordance with global standards including GDPR (EEA), CCPA/CPRA (California), and LGPD (Brazil).
We do not require user accounts. We process technical data to ensure gameplay stability:
- Technical Identifiers: IP address, device model, and browser type for performance optimization.
- Analytics: Anonymous session duration and "Daily Challenge" completion rates.
- Local Storage: Your high scores and elemental unlocked progress stay strictly on your device.
Alchemy Blocks is free to play and is funded by advertising. We use Google AdSense to serve the banner adverts shown beneath the game, the interstitial adverts shown on the Game Over and Victory screens, and the optional rewarded advert used by the Void Blast power-up.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to Alchemy Blocks and other sites on the Internet.
- Google's ad technologies, including the DoubleClick / Google Ad Manager cookie, may be used to measure impressions, limit how often you see a given advert, and detect invalid traffic.

- Opt-Out: You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party vendor cookies at aboutads.info.
Categories of cookies and storage used
- Strictly necessary: none beyond your browser's own local storage, which the game uses to remember your settings and scores.
- Functional (local storage, not cookies): your chosen game mode, colour theme, high scores and Daily Challenge progress. These never leave your device and are readable only by this site.
- Advertising: set by Google and its partners to select, deliver, measure and report on adverts, and to limit repetition.
- Analytics: aggregate, anonymous measurement of sessions and Daily Challenge completion. These are not used to identify you personally.
You can clear or block cookies at any time through your browser settings. Clearing your browser storage for this site will also erase your saved high scores, because they are stored only on your device.
EEA & UK Users (GDPR)
We utilize a Google-certified Consent Management Platform (CMP) that supports TCF 2.2. You have the right to withdraw consent or object to "Legitimate Interest" processing at any time via the in-game Privacy Settings.
California Users (CCPA/CPRA)
We do not "sell" your personal data. However, sharing identifiers for ad personalization may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under California law. You can exercise your right to opt-out via our "Do Not Sell My Info" link.
Alchemy Blocks is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the EEA and UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Where a visitor is identified as a child, or where required by law, advertising is restricted to non-personalised adverts, which are served without advertising cookies used for profiling. If you believe a child has provided personal information through this site, please contact us using the details below and we will delete it.
We do not operate a database of user accounts, and we do not store your gameplay data on any server. Your scores, settings and Daily Challenge progress remain in your browser's local storage until you clear them.
Technical data processed by our advertising and analytics partners is retained according to their own published retention schedules; see Google's privacy policy for details.
Our advertising and analytics partners operate globally, so technical data such as your IP address may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence, including in the United States. Where such transfers involve personal data of EEA or UK residents, those partners rely on legal transfer mechanisms such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
You can withdraw or change your advertising consent at any time using the Ad Settings link shown beneath the game, which reopens the consent management dialog. You may also opt out of personalised advertising using the Google and aboutads.info links in section 3, or block cookies entirely in your browser.
Opting out of personalised advertising does not remove adverts — it means the adverts you see will be non-personalised.
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices, our advertising partners, or applicable law. Any revision will be published on this page with an updated effective date, and continued use of the game after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
